Providing outpatient support for substance use and mental health through counseling & medication management.
STEPS TO GET CONNECTED
1.) Call the office 802-225-8355
2.) Get a pre-screen at the time of the call.
3.) Intake coordinator will call back within 24-48 hours to schedule intake/assessment.
4.) Complete office paperwork and UA.
5.) Complete your intake/assessment appointment with intake coordinator.
6.) Attend orientation (date will be given to client at end of intake).
7.) Get scheduled with provider if seeing one.
8.) Start your recovery plan!

SERVICES
- Buprenorphine management for the treatment of opiate addiction
- Medication support for the treatment of addictions including alcohol, cocaine, tobacco, etc
- Immediate treatment and support for any pregnant person
- Mental health & substance abuse group and individual therapy
- Limited psychiatric med management for program participants
- DUI license reinstatement counseling (IDRP)
- Couples/Family sessions (related to substance abuse or mental health issues)
- IOP (Intensive Outpatient Therapy)
ELIGIBILITY
We serve people who are 18+ and live within 20 miles of our offices (Montpelier and Morrisville). All clients are required to do a full assessment to determine full eligibility.
GROUP SESSIONS- Groups are running online and in person! Please complete an intake before attending groups.
Access the group by clicking onto the meeting you want to join at the scheduled time. In person groups need to be attended at the site listed.
Check back regularly for changes.
ANNOUNCEMENT: We will be closed 7/4 for the Fourth of July Holiday. No groups will run that day. Morning TSP on July 3rd is cancelled.
