A Six Week Group Series
- Create a piece of art that you can hang in your home while engaging in a process of self-reflection
- Explore mindfulness- based practices to enhance awareness and creativity
- Learn how mandalas have been used across cultures and centuries to promote personal growth
- Explore different artistic materials and techniques in the creation of your mandala
No previous experience with art needed. All clients of WCMHS welcome!
