Grief and Loss Group for Youth
March 28 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 4:00pm on Thursday, repeating until March 28, 2019
Who: Youth ages 6-18 who have experienced a death, loss, or separation from a parent, caregiver, family member or other important relationship
What we do:
- Arts and crafts
- Games and physical activities
- Talk and listen
- Connect with peers who have experienced loss
- Learn strategies to deal with grief and loss in a safe and supportive environment
Where: Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS)

When: 6 consecutive Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:30PM, 1 follow-up caregiver information session

Why: So youth can connect, have fun, and learn new ways to deal with challenging experiences and feelings
Individual and caregiver grief-related supports are also available!
