Introduction to Mindfulness Group

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, repeating until May 20, 2019
Six Sessions on Mondays:
- Week 1: Mindfulness through the 5 senses exercise and intro to group
- Week 2: Mindfulness through hearing
- Week 3: Mindfulness through taste and smelling
- Week 4: Mindfulness through seeing
- Week 5: Mindfulness through touch and feeling
- Week 6: Introduction to breathing, meditation & loving kindness meditation
