Washington County Mental Health Presents:

The Caregivers’ Workshop*


What:
A 5-week psychoeducation & support group for anyone parenting a child or teen who has experienced difficulties such as parental loss, changes in custody, chaotic life events, or other trauma.

Why: To better understand a child’s emotional or behavioral problems, learn more about how life’s difficulties impact a child’s social/emotional development, and learn skills & techniques to help children manage emotions in productive, safe, and healthy ways.

When: Tuesdays, November 6 – December 11, 2018, (skipping November 20) 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Where: Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (WCMHS) 174 Hospital Loop, Berlin VT 05602

* The Caregiver’s Workshop is not a parenting class and might not fulfill requirements for mandated parenting classes.
